We are looking for a seasoned Principle Software Engineer Manager to lead the definition and evolution of the agility space within the Enterprise Sydney Platform team. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on driving measurable improvements in engineering agility, delivery velocity, and customer impact.
Key Challenges You’ll Tackle: Lack of clarity and ownership in agility metrics and outcomes. Fragmented tooling and inconsistent engineering practices. Gaps in visibility and predictability across delivery pipelines.
