Overview

Grafana is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to drive growth and manage customer relationships across the West region. You'll focus on prospecting and nurturing existing business opportunities. This role requires a consultative sales approach and experience in enterprise sales.

You have a proven track record in enterprise sales, ideally with experience in the tech industry. You understand the importance of a consultative sales approach — learning about customer needs before presenting solutions is second nature to you. You thrive in a remote-first environment and are comfortable managing your time and priorities effectively. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams alike. You are data-driven, using metrics to inform your strategies and decisions. You are adaptable and open to feedback, always looking for ways to improve your sales techniques and outcomes.

Desirable

Experience with observability tools or open-source software is a plus. Familiarity with the West region's market dynamics will help you navigate customer needs more effectively. A background in managing large accounts and understanding complex sales cycles will set you apart. What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for prospecting and growing existing business across the West region.
