What you'll do

As the Director of Regulatory Affairs and Public Policy, you will play a critical role in leading policy activities across Rowan's data center project portfolio. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that the regulatory landscape is favorable to the company's operations, enabling the successful execution of projects. You will track pertinent legislation and rulemaking that may impact Rowan's existing investments, providing strategic insights to leadership on potential risks and opportunities.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement advocacy strategies that align with Rowan's business objectives. This includes engaging with government officials, industry associations, and other stakeholders to promote policies that support the growth and sustainability of digital infrastructure. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping the company's public policy positions and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

In this role, you will also be responsible for monitoring and analyzing regulatory developments at the federal, state, and local levels. You will prepare reports and recommendations for leadership, helping to inform decision-making and strategic planning. Your ability to communicate complex regulatory issues clearly and effectively will be essential in fostering understanding and support among internal and external stakeholders.
