Your background includes working with various enterprise systems and understanding the complexities of integrating different technologies. You are skilled at breaking down ambiguous technical challenges into actionable requirements, ensuring that you can deliver clear recommendations that inform strategic decisions.

You possess a deep understanding of APIs and integration platforms, having designed and built integration solutions that connect disparate systems. Your experience includes working with iPaaS platforms and custom code, allowing you to tackle complex integration challenges effectively. You are proactive in identifying risks and providing technical guidance to junior team members, fostering a collaborative environment.

Your analytical skills enable you to evaluate system capabilities, map data flows, and identify dependencies, which are crucial for making informed build vs. buy recommendations. You thrive in environments where you can leverage your technical expertise to drive efficiency and effectiveness across teams.

What you'll do

As a Senior Business Systems Analyst at HubSpot, you will lead the design and execution of integration solutions that enhance the efficiency of our Sales and Customer Success teams. You will independently scope complex integration challenges, breaking down ambiguous problems into actionable technical requirements. Your role will involve analyzing system capabilities, mapping data flows, and identifying dependencies to deliver clear recommendations that inform strategic investment decisions.

You will develop and execute technical solutions for complex integrations using APIs, webhooks, and custom code. This includes connecting HubSpot CRM to third-party systems and building integrations from scratch between non-CRM systems. Your hands-on development work will be critical in ensuring that our technology ecosystem operates seamlessly.

In addition to your technical responsibilities, you will support junior team members by providing technical guidance and mentorship. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that integration solutions align with business objectives and enhance overall operational efficiency.
