HubSpot is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to design and build integrations across their GTM technology ecosystem. You'll work with APIs and integration platforms to enhance the efficiency of Sales and Customer Success teams. This role requires strong technical skills and experience in integration solutions.
You have 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, with a strong focus on integration solutions and technical problem-solving. Your background includes working with various enterprise systems and understanding the complexities of integrating different technologies. You are skilled at breaking down ambiguous technical challenges into actionable requirements, ensuring that you can deliver clear recommendations that inform strategic decisions.
You possess a deep understanding of APIs and integration platforms, having designed and built integration solutions that connect disparate systems. Your experience includes working with iPaaS platforms and custom code, allowing you to tackle complex integration challenges effectively. You are proactive in identifying risks and providing technical guidance to junior team members, fostering a collaborative environment.
Your analytical skills enable you to evaluate system capabilities, map data flows, and identify dependencies, which are crucial for making informed build vs. buy recommendations. You thrive in environments where you can leverage your technical expertise to drive efficiency and effectiveness across teams.
Experience with HubSpot CRM is a plus, as it will enhance your ability to connect critical third-party systems. Familiarity with vendor strategy and managing a portfolio of enterprise systems will also be beneficial in this role.
As a Senior Business Systems Analyst at HubSpot, you will lead the design and execution of integration solutions that enhance the efficiency of our Sales and Customer Success teams.
