Databricks is seeking a Senior Account Executive to drive enterprise software sales in the Data and AI space. You'll leverage your expertise to develop unique solutions and exceed customer goals. This role requires experience in technology sales and a strong understanding of the Data & AI landscape.
You have a proven track record in direct sales of enterprise software platforms to large enterprises, showcasing your ability to navigate complex sales cycles and build lasting relationships. Your knowledge of the Data & AI space is complemented by your technology sales experience, allowing you to engage effectively with clients and understand their unique needs. You are skilled in developing business plans that accelerate customer success and drive new customer acquisition, demonstrating your strategic mindset and creativity in solution design. You thrive in motivating diverse teams of big data and AI professionals, guiding them to implement impactful business strategies that deliver exceptional value to customers. Your experience in leading negotiations and closing deals is backed by a strong understanding of the industry landscape, enabling you to differentiate your offerings in a competitive market. You are committed to supporting your customers' big data and AI transformation goals through strategic partnerships and targeted engagement.
In this role, you will co-develop a comprehensive business plan with your team and ecosystem partners, focusing on accelerating existing customer success while identifying and acquiring new customers. You will lead your team in identifying impactful Data and AI use cases, proving their value on the Databricks Data Intelligence Platform. Your responsibilities will include motivating your team to implement the business plan effectively, ensuring that all engagements provide exceptional value to customers. You will support broader transformation goals through a combination of professional services, training, and executive engagement, guiding your customers through their journey in the Data and AI space. You will also be responsible for exceeding quarterly and annual usage and booking goals, leveraging your industry insight and business creativity to achieve these targets. Your role will involve collaborating closely with internal teams and partners to ensure alignment and success in all initiatives.
