You have over 5 years of experience in recruiting, particularly in corporate functions such as People, Finance, and Legal. Your expertise lies in developing and executing recruiting strategies that align with business goals, and you have a proven track record of attracting top-tier talent. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive recruiting approach. You are adept at mentoring and leading a high-performing recruiting team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
You understand the nuances of recruiting across different regions, including North America, EMEA, and APAC. Your strategic mindset allows you to navigate complex hiring landscapes and adapt to the unique needs of various markets. You are passionate about building a diverse and inclusive workforce, and you actively seek out candidates who align with DoorDash's mission and values.
