You have 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with a strong focus on AI and voice technologies. You are experienced in DevOps practices, ensuring that the software you develop is not only functional but also scalable, reliable, and maintainable. Your familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS enables you to leverage cloud services effectively in your projects. You understand the importance of low latency and high availability in voice applications and have a track record of delivering solutions that meet these requirements.

As a mentor, you enjoy guiding junior engineers, sharing your knowledge, and helping them grow in their careers. You thrive in collaborative environments, working cross-functionally with teams to deliver complete solutions that enhance customer experiences. What you'll do

You will work on integrating various components, including speech recognition and synthesis engines, to create a seamless voice experience for users. Your role will involve diagnosing issues and optimizing the platform for performance, ensuring that it meets the high standards expected in the industry.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver solutions that align with business goals. Your contributions will directly impact the evolution of the platform, as you make key technology decisions and drive the implementation of new features. You will also be involved in deployment and operations, practicing DevOps to maintain the platform's reliability and performance.
