You have a proven track record in field marketing, particularly in the technology sector, with at least 5 years of experience leading marketing teams. Your leadership style is collaborative and you excel at driving innovation and execution within your team. You understand the nuances of the Americas market and have experience working closely with sales teams to align marketing strategies with business goals. You are data-driven and can leverage analytics to inform your marketing decisions and strategies. You are comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You have excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively convey marketing strategies to both internal teams and external partners.

Desirable

Experience in cloud physical security or related technology sectors is a plus. Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and demand generation tactics will set you apart. You are passionate about building a strong marketing team and have a history of mentoring and developing talent within your organization.

What you'll do

In this role, you will build and scale the field marketing team across the Americas, ensuring alignment with sales leadership to drive prospect engagement and success. You will develop and implement marketing strategies that resonate with target audiences and support the sales team in achieving their goals. You will partner with the digital and acquisition teams to drive demand and create a best-in-class ecosystem for cloud and physical security expertise. You will oversee the execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. You will analyze the effectiveness of marketing efforts and adjust strategies as necessary to maximize impact. You will collaborate with the channel team and partners to enhance marketing efforts and expand reach. You will report directly to the CMO and contribute to the overall marketing strategy of the organization.
