What you'll do

In this role, you will partner closely with AI Decisioning customers to ensure that their marketing campaigns deliver measurable results. You will spend time diagnosing model behavior, tuning machine learning levers, and analyzing incrementality to optimize campaign performance. Your ability to explore customer data will be crucial in identifying the most relevant features for modeling.

You will interpret example results and diagnose performance patterns, providing recommendations for next steps and communicating tradeoffs effectively. Your insights will help shape marketing strategies and drive success for Hightouch's clients.

Collaboration with internal engineering teams will be essential as you work to align on technical requirements and ensure that AI-driven solutions are implemented effectively. You will also engage with marketing teams to transform their operations, moving away from traditional planning methods to a more dynamic, AI-driven approach.
