Headway is seeking a Senior Counsel, Product to partner with R&D teams and support innovation in mental healthcare technology. This role requires expertise in regulatory matters and a strategic mindset.
You have significant experience in legal counsel, particularly in product-related matters, and understand the complexities of regulatory frameworks in the healthcare technology sector. You are a strategic thinker who can navigate legal challenges while fostering innovation within product and engineering teams. Your ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams makes you a valuable partner in driving product development. In this role, you will serve as the primary regulatory attorney for Headway, providing legal guidance to the product and engineering teams as they develop innovative solutions for mental healthcare. You will review product designs and features to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, helping to mitigate risks while enabling the team to move forward with confidence. You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders, including product managers and engineers, to align legal considerations with business objectives. Your insights will help shape the strategic direction of product initiatives, ensuring that legal perspectives are integrated into the decision-making process from the outset.
