You have experience in operations management, ideally within a logistics or fulfillment environment. You understand the importance of efficiency and quality in service delivery, and you thrive in a fast-paced setting where you can lead a team to success. You are capable of lifting up to 50lbs and are willing to work on weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed. Your ability to stand for most of the day is essential in this role, as you will be actively involved in the operations.
