Senior Product Manager - Network Insights

You have a strong background in product management, ideally with 5+ years of experience in launching and managing products from ideation to implementation. You understand the importance of bridging technology and business needs, and you have a knack for translating customer requirements into actionable product features. Your experience includes working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that enhance customer communication.

You possess excellent market research skills and can effectively interface with key user groups to gather insights and devise workable solutions. Your ability to analyze competitive landscapes across various regions, including APAC, EMEA, LTAM, and NA, allows you to develop strategies that meet diverse customer needs. You are comfortable collaborating with sales teams to conduct opportunity analysis and proposal development, ensuring that product offerings align with market demands.

Your communication skills are top-notch, enabling you to articulate product vision and requirements clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You thrive in environments where you can lead efforts to envision and design state-of-the-art products, and you are passionate about driving product success through customer-centric approaches.

Desirable

Experience in cloud communications or related fields would be a plus, as would familiarity with API development and integration. A background in working with Communications Service Providers (CSPs) is also advantageous, as it will help you navigate partnerships effectively.

What you'll do

As the Senior Product Manager for Network Insights at Vonage, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of new network APIs, from concept to launch.
