Monzo is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to join their Security Collective and help build a secure banking environment. You have extensive experience in technical program management, ideally within the financial services or technology sectors. Your background includes working with cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects on time and within scope. You possess a strong understanding of security principles and practices, enabling you to effectively manage programs that enhance security without compromising user experience. You are adept at navigating challenges and finding solutions that balance security needs with operational efficiency. Your communication skills are exceptional, allowing you to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and foster collaboration across teams. You are committed to continuous improvement and are always looking for ways to enhance processes and outcomes.

Desirable

Experience in the banking or fintech industry is a plus, as is familiarity with regulatory requirements related to security. You may also have knowledge of security frameworks and standards, which will help you in your role. A background in software development or engineering can provide valuable insights into the technical aspects of security programs.

What you'll do
