Tilt is seeking an Associate General Manager for Poland to lead category growth and manage P&L. You'll utilize data analytics skills, particularly SQL, to drive insights and marketing initiatives. This role requires strong leadership and strategic thinking.
You have a proven track record in business development or management, ideally with experience in e-commerce or a related field. You are skilled in using data analytics tools, particularly SQL, to derive insights that inform strategic decisions. Your creativity shines through as you identify new growth opportunities and implement innovative strategies to enhance category performance. You possess excellent leadership qualities, enabling you to inspire and guide cross-functional teams towards achieving common goals. You are adept at building relationships with stakeholders and have a strong understanding of market dynamics that affect category growth. You are committed to fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace, valuing potential and a willingness to learn over ticking every box.
As the Associate General Manager for Poland, you will take ownership of specific categories on the Tilt platform, leading efforts to grow these areas and manage their P&L. You will develop and execute strategies that support ongoing growth, leveraging your analytical skills to assess performance and identify areas for improvement. Your role will involve leading marketing initiatives, including influencer partnerships and campaigns, to boost brand awareness and attract more buyers. You will work closely with teams across Marketing, Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Sales to ensure alignment and drive business scaling. Problem-solving will be a key part of your responsibilities, as you will need to address challenges quickly to ensure seller satisfaction and retention. You will also be the go-to expert for your categories, providing insights and guidance to both internal teams and external partners.
