Who you are

You have a Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering and possess significant experience in program management, particularly within the automotive or manufacturing sectors. Your background includes overseeing complex operational programs, where you've successfully led initiatives from initiation through execution and delivery. You are adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, supply chain, and customer success, to implement operational improvements that drive measurable outcomes. You have a strong analytical mindset, allowing you to develop and monitor KPIs to track program success and identify areas for continuous improvement. Your expertise in project management includes creating detailed project plans, managing budgets, mitigating risks, and ensuring timelines are met. You excel at serving as a key liaison between stakeholders, ensuring alignment on objectives and deliverables. You are a champion of lean principles and operational best practices, promoting efficiency across the organization.
