Databricks is seeking a Senior Manager for Finance Commercialization, PMO, and Operations to drive organizational transformation and operational efficiency. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage key programs within the Finance organization. This role requires strong leadership and project management skills.
You have extensive experience in finance operations and project management, ideally with a focus on driving organizational transformation and innovation. Your ability to interface with leadership and ensure transparency in programs and projects is key to your success. You thrive in cross-functional environments, collaborating with teams across various departments such as Accounting, Revenue Operations, and IT. You are passionate about optimizing processes and leveraging technology to improve workflows within the Finance organization.
Experience with AI and emerging technologies is a plus, as you will be expected to utilize these tools to enhance Finance and Accounting workflows. A background in managing global finance teams and understanding of financial compliance will also be beneficial in this role.
In this role, you will be responsible for planning processes, project intake, and prioritization, driving key trade-off decisions on behalf of the Controllership. You will lead programs that enhance operational efficiency and develop organization-wide standards. Your role will involve optimizing processes and driving technology improvements to remove friction for the Finance team. You will also be tasked with ensuring effective communication and reporting across global Finance teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
You will partner with various teams, including Revenue Operations, Billing, and Internal Audit, to ensure alignment and collaboration on key initiatives. Your leadership will be crucial in managing key programs that impact the Finance organization, and you will be expected to drive innovation and transformation at scale. You will interface with leadership to provide visibility into programs and projects, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and engaged.
