What you'll do

As a Product Manager at BitGo, you will own the roadmap, strategy, and execution for your area of responsibility, focusing on asset onboarding and staking. You will lead and motivate a team of engineers and cross-functional representatives to build a robust ecosystem that meets the needs of our clients. Your role will involve defining and executing the product roadmap, ensuring that all new asset integrations meet security, regulatory, and user experience standards. You will track key success metrics and continuously iterate based on feedback, driving improvements and enhancements to our offerings.

You will work closely with engineering teams to ensure that product development aligns with technical capabilities and compliance requirements. Your ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders will be crucial in building consensus and driving initiatives forward. You will also engage in user research to understand client needs and pain points, using this information to inform product decisions and enhancements.
