You have a proven track record in sales, ideally with experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry — you understand the unique challenges operators face and can provide tailored solutions that enhance guest experiences. Your consultative selling approach allows you to build strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. You thrive in a field sales environment, where you can engage with customers both virtually and in person, demonstrating your solutions effectively. You are comfortable managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, and you enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless transition from sales to implementation.
Experience with technology solutions in the hospitality sector is a plus — you can quickly grasp how technology can streamline operations and improve customer engagement. Familiarity with CRM tools and sales methodologies will help you excel in this role, as will your ability to analyze customer needs and market trends to drive strategic decisions.
As an Account Executive at DoorDash, you will own the full sales cycle for selling In-Store solutions to restaurants and hospitality groups. You will work directly with operators to understand their business needs, run consultative discovery sessions, and recommend solutions that improve guest engagement and operational efficiency. Your role will involve prospecting and closing new business, conducting live product demonstrations, and engaging with customers both virtually and in person. You will partner closely with onboarding and customer success teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales to launch, helping clients realize the value of their investment in the SevenRooms platform. You will report to a Sales Manager and collaborate with other sales team members to drive new business growth while supporting long-term success for your partners.
