What you'll do

As the Site Reliability Engineering Manager at Okta, you will lead efforts to ensure the reliability of the Auth0 product. You will be responsible for managing production systems, responding to monitoring alerts, and participating in a 24/7 on-call rotation. Your role will involve troubleshooting incidents and implementing solutions that enhance system performance and reliability.

You will work closely with product and quality engineers to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance system scalability. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a culture of reliability within the engineering teams, encouraging collaboration and knowledge sharing.

You will set performance metrics and goals for the team, ensuring that everyone is aligned on the objectives that drive reliability and operational excellence. Your hands-on approach will allow you to directly influence the reliability of systems while mentoring and guiding team members in best practices.
