Desirable

What you'll do

As the Senior Manager of Technical Services Engineering, you will lead regional teams of MongoDB support engineers, ensuring they are equipped to diagnose and resolve performance-related issues effectively. You will advise on design and architecture, focusing on global distribution and replication of data to meet customer requirements. Your role will involve collaborating with peer teams globally to provide seamless handovers of follow-the-sun issues, ensuring that customer needs are met around the clock. You will also participate in training initiatives, helping your team grow their skills and maintain industry awareness. Your leadership will be crucial in advocating for customers, articulating business cases to drive issue resolution, and continuously improving the support processes.
