You are a hands-on design leader who thrives in a collaborative environment, showcasing a customer-centric approach in your work. Your problem-solving skills are holistic, allowing you to tackle complex customer challenges with innovative solutions based on data and best practices. You possess a strong sense of responsibility and are committed to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced setting. You hold a bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as graphic design, interaction design, or industrial design.

Desirable

Experience with A/B testing and metrics-driven design improvements is a plus, as is familiarity with multi-device environments including mobile, web, and TV. You are eager to explore new devices and future user environments, contributing to the evolution of the design system and standards at Coupang Play.

What you'll do
