CompStak is seeking a Revenue Operations Specialist to support Sales, Client Success, and Marketing teams in Belgrade. You'll assist in implementing processes and improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

Who you are

You have experience in revenue operations or a related field, supporting teams to optimize their processes and improve efficiency. You understand the importance of accurate data and how it can drive better decision-making in a commercial real estate context. You are detail-oriented and possess strong analytical skills, enabling you to assist in reporting and training initiatives effectively. You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals. You are adaptable and open to changes in work processes, especially in a hybrid work setting.

What you'll do

In this role, you will support the Sales, Client Success, and Marketing teams by implementing efficient operational processes. You will assist in reporting tasks, ensuring that data is accurate and readily available for decision-making. You will help develop training initiatives to enhance team performance and operational effectiveness. Your role will involve daily revenue operations tasks, where you will work closely with various stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. You will also be responsible for maintaining clear communication across teams to ensure alignment on objectives and strategies.
