SalesLoft is hiring a Senior Enterprise Account Executive to drive new business within North America. You'll be pivotal in building relationships and educating the market about Salesloft's innovative software. This role requires a strategic mindset and a focus on generating net-new business.
You are a results-oriented and motivated sales professional with a strong track record in enterprise sales. With a strategic mindset, you excel at generating net-new business and building personal relationships with prospective customers. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about sales technology, understanding the importance of providing a world-class customer experience. You stay informed about industry trends and the competitive landscape, ensuring you can effectively educate the market about the benefits of Salesloft's offerings.
Experience in a hyper-growth startup environment is a plus, as is familiarity with sales technology and customer relationship management tools. You are a natural communicator, able to articulate the value of complex software solutions to diverse audiences.
In this role, you will be a key member of Salesloft's high-performing enterprise sales team, responsible for actively pursuing new business opportunities across North America. You will educate potential customers about the capabilities of Salesloft's software, helping them understand how it can transform their sales processes. Your day-to-day activities will include accurately forecasting sales activities and revenue achievements, as well as developing and maintaining satisfied and referenceable customers. You will play a pivotal role in solidifying Salesloft's position as an anchor technology company within the U.S. by winning high visibility deals and exceeding your annual quota.
SalesLoft offers a competitive compensation package, including a base pay range of $102,000—$190,000 USD, along with performance bonuses and benefits.
