Chime is hiring a Technical Implementation Specialist to enhance and maintain platforms that power member experience. You'll lead system changes across contact center stacks using JavaScript and Twilio. This role requires strong technical fluency and hands-on experience in system implementation.

Who you are

You have a strong technical background with hands-on experience in system implementation and automation — you've successfully led projects that enhance user experiences through technology. Your fluency in JavaScript allows you to maintain and update codebases effectively, ensuring that systems run smoothly and efficiently. You are familiar with contact center technologies such as IVR and ACD, and you understand how to design routing logic and automations that improve operational efficiency. You thrive in cross-functional environments, collaborating with teams across Operations, Product, and Engineering to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions. Your problem-solving skills enable you to tackle complex challenges and implement effective solutions that elevate member support.

Desirable

Experience with tools like Twilio and Five9 is a plus, as is familiarity with low-code platforms that facilitate system changes. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing priorities while maintaining a focus on delivering high-quality results.

What you'll do

As a Technical Implementation Specialist at Chime, you will lead the hands-on implementation and configuration of system changes across our contact center stack. This includes designing and updating routing logic, queue structures, and agent state workflows to optimize member interactions. You will collaborate closely with various teams to build and launch impactful support tooling, ensuring that the systems you configure meet the needs of our members and enhance their experience. Your role will involve integrating APIs and maintaining JavaScript codebases, driving technical initiatives that support our mission of providing exceptional service. You will also be responsible for configuring and maintaining systems across IVR, ACD, and chat platforms, making UI changes in tools like Five9 and Twilio to improve functionality and user experience.

What we offer

Chime offers a competitive salary range starting at $82,620.00 and going up to $114,800.00, depending on your experience and qualifications. Full-time employees are eligible for bonuses, a competitive equity package, and comprehensive benefits.
