Workforce Planning and Management Program Manager

Global Response Operations (GRO) is seeking a Workforce Planning & Management Program Manager to drive key initiatives within our central Workforce Planning & Management team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with teams across GRO to implement effective workforce management strategies, ensuring that all incoming demand is accurately assessed and prioritized. Your work will help guarantee that the right tasks are enabled for the appropriate teams, supporting end-to-end operational excellence. The purpose of this role is to mature Global Response Operations’ management of our most valuable resources - our people - in an increasingly efficient and agile way that smartly adapts to the fast-changing and fluid risk environment we work within. You will work closely with our data and technical teams as well as business stakeholders to plan requirements, manage key milestones and deliverables, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. This is a unique opportunity to work across a wide variety of internal teams across Global Operations and Meta as a whole to enable the success of our internal SME workforces in ensuring that the right talent across Global Response Ops workforces is in the right place at the right time, enabling the achievement of GRO strategic objectives and delivering high quality operations.
