N26 is seeking a Senior Marketing Data Analyst to enable data-driven decisions within the Marketing team. You'll monitor and analyze marketing initiatives and collaborate with various stakeholders. This role requires expertise in Google Analytics and SQL.
You have 5+ years of experience as a data analyst, specifically in marketing, where you've developed a strong understanding of data-driven decision-making processes. Your expertise in Google Analytics allows you to effectively monitor and measure marketing initiatives, providing actionable insights that drive strategy. You are proficient in SQL, enabling you to manipulate and analyze large datasets with ease. Your ability to communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders makes you a valuable partner to marketing teams. You thrive in cross-functional environments, collaborating closely with analysts, engineers, and marketing managers to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Experience with marketing mix modeling and customer lifetime value analysis is a plus, as it will enhance your contributions to the Acquisition Measurement team. Familiarity with various marketing channels, including paid media and product marketing, will help you better support your stakeholders. A background in data science or analytics engineering can also be beneficial in driving marketing science initiatives.
In this role, you will lead the Acquisition Measurement team, owning the roadmap and prioritization of marketing measurement initiatives. You will contribute to the definition of clear and measurable goals based on the scope of various marketing initiatives. Acting as a partner to marketing stakeholders, you will be the go-to person for data-related questions and measurement strategies. You will collaborate with senior leadership to advise on measurement techniques and present results that inform strategic business decisions. Additionally, you will drive marketing science initiatives, working closely with data science and analytics engineering teams to increase the adoption of customer lifetime value metrics across marketing acquisition channels.
