2U is seeking a Technical Operations Manager to optimize operations across Enterprise Architecture and Infrastructure + Cybersecurity. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to collaborate with technical and business stakeholders.
You have a strong background in operations management, ideally with experience in technical environments. You excel at orchestrating cross-functional initiatives and have a keen understanding of governance and analytical capabilities. Your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders sets you apart, allowing you to bridge gaps and ensure alignment across teams. You are detail-oriented and thrive in environments where you can optimize processes and drive efficiency. As the Technical Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing the operating cadence within the Enterprise Architecture function. This includes overseeing work intake and prioritization, administering governance bodies, and ensuring that all documentation is up to date. You will collaborate with key stakeholders in the Infrastructure + Cybersecurity function to track delivery across security and back-office IT teams. Your role will involve coordinating the sharing of roadmaps and ensuring that milestones, risks, and dependencies are visible and on schedule. You will prepare clear updates for stakeholders, ensuring that everyone is informed and aligned with business objectives.
