Who you are

You have over 5 years of experience in backend engineering, particularly in developing and maintaining high-performance applications. Your expertise in Java allows you to create scalable solutions that meet complex technical requirements. You are comfortable participating in technical discussions and can provide valuable insights during project inception and refinement phases.

Your experience includes implementing automated testing strategies, particularly Test-Driven Development (TDD), ensuring the quality of deliverables. You have a proactive approach to problem-solving and enjoy collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to define requirements and deliver new functionalities.

You are familiar with cloud environments, specifically AWS, and understand best practices for developing secure and robust applications. Your ability to analyze and optimize system performance is a key asset, allowing you to ensure efficiency in all projects you undertake.

You thrive in agile environments, having worked with methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban. Your communication skills enable you to effectively share knowledge and support your team members in their technical growth.

Desirable

Knowledge of event-driven architecture and experience with edge gateways like MuleSoft would be advantageous. Familiarity with Node.js, Observability tools, and Terraform for infrastructure as code will set you apart as a candidate.
