##### Job Description About The Role and What You'll Need **About the Role** 1. Develop overall supply channels; optimize driver acquisition and conversion, both operationally and in terms of spend efficiency. Constantly look out for new opportunities and move fast to execute on them 2. Explore opportunities to grow the rider base by offering insights to central teams or executing on locally focused initiatives 3. Configure products and processes to the Romanian market context in coordination with Central Operations 4. Be the P&L owner for the market 5. Partner with other operations teams, as well as marketing, product, public affairs and legal, to ensure that insights inform broader initiatives in our Central & Eastern Europe region **What the Candidate Will Need / Bonus Points** \-\-\-\- What the Candidate Will Do ---- 1. Run driver (re-)engagement projects with your team of Operations Specialists and in close collaboration with Community Operations 2. Explore and run a number of projects aimed at improving driver earnings 3. Run and develop local partnerships 4. Maintain performance dashboards, tracking your and your team’s KPIs, model out opportunities and present findings to support decision-making by leadership \-\-\-\- Basic Qualifications ---- 1. Minimum of 5 years of professional experience preferably in operations, consulting/banking, startup and advanced project management. 2. Solid executional ability - You are able to plan and deliver new initiatives and have a track record of delivering projects on spec and on time 3. Data-driven approach to making decisions and sound business judgment through strong analytical thinking. 4. Ability to build relationships, work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders. 5. Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills. 6. Ability to supervise a team of operations specialists. 7. Desire and perseverance to solve problems. 8. High adaptability to change and ability to execute quickly. Able to pivot quickly from long-term thinking to immediate action. 9. Fluency in English and Romanian \-\-\-\- Preferred Qualifications ---- 1.
