Senior Software Engineer, Backend AI

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer specializing in AI Agents and Agent Platforms to join our team in building a scalable, extensible Agent Platform and developing impactful AI agents leveraging this platform.

This is a hands-on engineering role focused on solving complex technical challenges at the intersection of AI, platform engineering, and product development.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and evolve core components of the AI Agent Platform, including orchestration layers, agent runtime, knowledge integration, tool/skill management, and guardrails
• Develop APIs, SDKs, and developer tools that enable users to build and manage AI agents
• Integrate AI services such as LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), embeddings, and function-calling APIs into the platform
• Prototype and productionize AI agents for various business use cases
• Collaborate closely with other engineers, product managers, AI/ML specialists, and designers
• Write clean, maintainable, well-documented code with a focus on scalability and extensibility

• AI/ML engineering (large language models, retrieval-augmented generation, embeddings)
• Platform engineering (API design, orchestration systems, developer tools, observability)
• Agentic AI systems (multi-agent orchestration, tool integration, function-calling)
