What you'll do

As the Software & ML Engineering Manager, you will lead a small, high-caliber team of engineers focused on developing new products that leverage telematics data. Your mission will be to detect anomalies across vast fleets, including issues like theft, misuse, and GPS jamming. You will oversee the development of workflows that enable operators to respond quickly to incidents, ensuring that the right information reaches the right people at the right time. You will be responsible for setting the technical direction of your team, making architectural decisions, and ensuring that best practices are followed in software development and machine learning. You will collaborate closely with product managers and other stakeholders to define product requirements and deliver solutions that meet market needs. You will also play a key role in hiring and developing talent within your team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
