dLocal is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to facilitate product knowledge and ensure impactful product positioning and market insights. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive go-to-market strategies. This role requires strong customer focus and the ability to work across multiple time zones.
You have a strong background in product marketing, ideally with 5+ years of experience in a similar role. Your expertise lies in translating complex product features into clear messaging that resonates with both internal and external audiences. You are customer-obsessed and thrive in collaborative environments, working effectively with cross-functional teams across different time zones. You possess a keen understanding of market trends and competitor insights, which you leverage to inform product positioning and go-to-market strategies. Your ability to align global stakeholders towards customer needs and business objectives is a key strength. You are adaptable and can navigate the challenges of a remote-first culture, ensuring that communication remains clear and effective.
Experience in the payments industry or working with emerging markets is a plus. Familiarity with data-driven decision-making and sales enablement strategies will enhance your effectiveness in this role. You are comfortable using various marketing tools and platforms to analyze market trends and customer feedback, which informs your strategic decisions.
In this role, you will be the critical facilitator of product knowledge within dLocal, ensuring that product positioning and messaging are commercially impactful. You will collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, and Commercial teams to gather insights and develop strategies that drive product adoption and customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities, as well as analyzing competitor offerings to refine dLocal's product positioning. You will lead go-to-market launches, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and equipped with the necessary information to succeed. Additionally, you will create frameworks and messaging that simplify complex product features for various audiences, enhancing understanding and engagement.
You will also play a key role in sales enablement, providing the sales team with the tools and information they need to effectively communicate product value to customers. Your ability to translate product enhancements into clear messaging will be crucial in driving customer acquisition and retention. You will monitor the success of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies based on performance metrics, ensuring that dLocal remains competitive in the rapidly evolving payments landscape.
