As a Customer Experience Specialist at Carvana, you will be responsible for delivering vehicles directly to customers' doors, ensuring a seamless and memorable car delivery experience. You will engage with customers in various ways, from providing exceptional service during vehicle delivery to assisting in the operation of Carvana's unique Vending Machines in select locations. Your role will involve building relationships with customers and representing the Carvana brand positively in the community.
You will also be expected to adapt to a rotating schedule, working 7 days a week with shifts from 11 am to 9 pm. This flexibility is crucial as you will be part of a team that prioritizes customer satisfaction and strives to make the car-buying process enjoyable. Your contributions will help reintroduce happiness into the automotive retail experience, making a significant impact on customer perceptions of Carvana.
