You are a Customer Success Manager with a strong background in managing post-sales relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction. You have experience working in high-growth technology companies and understand the importance of maximizing customer value. Your ability to build relationships and navigate complex conversations makes you a trusted advisor to clients. You are fluent in Mandarin, which allows you to effectively communicate with customers in the Greater China region. You thrive in dynamic environments and are motivated to adapt quickly to changing circumstances.
Experience with consumption-based businesses is a plus, as it gives you insight into how to drive customer engagement and retention. You are comfortable working with data and have the ability to analyze customer feedback to improve service delivery. Your interpersonal skills enable you to collaborate effectively with internal teams and advocate for customer needs.
In this role, you will lead the post-sale engagement for customers, ensuring they derive maximum value from their investments in Stripe. You will work closely with user account teams and senior executives to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
