Onboarding Associate (Maternity Cover)

About the role

In this role, you’ll handle the end-to-end onboarding process for new partners—from scheduling Technical Support Agents to ensuring menus, devices, and accounts are ready to go. You’ll keep our operations running smoothly by managing restaurant assets and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

What you'll be doing

• Planning and executing of Technical Support Agents’ schedules

• Assisting Technical Support Agents with account set up

• Work cross-functionally with our Sales team to ensure our partners have a smooth journey with Deliveroo

• Ensuring smooth operations and onboarding for all newly acquired partners. This ranges from menu optimisation to ensuring connectivity

• Managing warehouse inventory of all restaurant assets

• Go and above and beyond to ensure restaurants feel valued as a partner

Requirements

You'll need to be comfortable juggling tasks, whilst still giving a great experience to our new restaurant partners.

• Outgoing and a strong communicator

• Comfortable looking at and working with data

• Experienced and confident in talking to multiple stakeholders

• Comfortable with Google Suite (Google Docs, Sheets, Slides)

• We welcome fresh graduates to apply too
