You hold a bachelor's degree or PhD in mathematics, computer science, statistics, physics, or a related field. With 1-2 years of experience in research or trading, you have a strong foundation in quantitative analysis. You possess the ability to think independently and approach problems creatively, which is essential in the fast-paced trading environment. Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, C++, and R is crucial for building and improving trading models. You are eager to learn and collaborate with traders, software developers, and engineering scientists to enhance trading algorithms and increase profitability.
As a Junior Quantitative Researcher at Quantbox, you will be responsible for building and improving models that keep the firm competitive in the market.
