You have a proven track record in professional services or customer success, ideally with experience in cybersecurity or cloud solutions. Your ability to build strong relationships with clients is complemented by your technical acumen, allowing you to understand and address complex customer needs effectively. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are driven by a desire to help customers succeed. Your communication skills enable you to articulate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience with Zscaler's Zero Trust Exchange platform or similar cybersecurity solutions is a plus. Familiarity with cloud-native architectures and a strong understanding of digital transformation initiatives will set you apart.
