Job Description

Join our innovative supply chain and operations team where you'll shape the future of ultrafast delivery in Mexico. In this role, you'll partner with third-party organizations to drive operational excellence while developing strategic solutions that transform how customers receive their packages. You'll design and implement network optimization models that balance customer coverage, quality, capacity, and cost efficiency, leveraging large-scale data analysis to support critical business decisions.

Working at the intersection of analytics and execution, you'll navigate ambiguous situations to develop strategic initiatives that enhance delivery network performance. You'll lead project execution, assess risks proactively, and collaborate with cross-functional teams—including finance, central operations, technology, legal, and program management—to drive delivery strategy from conception to execution. Your hands-on leadership will coordinate field partners and execution teams to continuously improve delivery quality and customer experience.

We're seeking a candidate with strong influencing skills, advanced data analysis capabilities, and proven operations expertise who demonstrates ownership mentality in building sustainable solutions that delight customers.

Key job responsibilities
Strategic Partnership & Stakeholder Management
- Partner with third-party organizations to drive achievement of all operational goals and performance targets

Network Optimization & Analytics
- Design and implement network optimization models that solve complex, integrated problems while balancing customer coverage, service quality, capacity constraints, and cost efficiency
- Extract, transform, and analyze large datasets to generate actionable operational insights and support strategic decision-making

Strategic Initiative Development
- Navigate ambiguous situations to develop and execute strategic initiatives that enhance delivery network performance and operational excellence

Execution & Project Management
- Lead project execution, assess risks proactively, and develop contingency plans when needed
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive delivery strategy and topology plans from conception to execution

Continuous Improvement & Quality
- Coordinate with field partners from third-party organizations and execution teams to continuously improve delivery quality and customer experience

Leadership Approach
- Demonstrate hands-on leadership and ownership mentality in daily operations



A day in the life
This candidate will be responsible for all operational execution metrics (Click-To-Delivery, Deliveries on Time %, Dark Stores perfect score, etc.) working closely with the 3rd party organization. The candidate will lead WBRs with the 3rd party organization and will trigger continuous improvement for key metrics.

The candidate will also work on the long-term strategy for MX quick commerce by exploring opportunities for coverage expansion. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze network performance, develop optimization models, and implement strategic improvements. You'll use data-driven insights to balance customer needs, operational efficiency, and growth opportunities while contributing to the evolution of our delivery capabilities.- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
