Job Description

Amazon Grocery Logistics is seeking an organized, action-oriented and experienced Product Manager to work in our omni-channel space.

You will need to ensuring that all activities are completed on a timely basis to the highest possible standards, ensuring positive customer experience with each new implementation from day one. You will have the exciting opportunity to work on one of Amazon’s most ambitious and complex efforts to deliver a seamless experience across Amazon channels. This person must also enjoy being a creative contributor and thrive in working in a fast-paced start-up environment.

Key responsibilities include:
- Work on product strategy, business requirements and testings plans for new features
- Lead the testing, launch process and after launch ramp up of the service to meet goals
- Responsible to identify gaps and pain points from supply chain teams and turn them into feature requests during OP1 planning cycle
- Ensure that business priorities, tech capabilities and operational capabilities (technology, resources, building readiness) are aligned
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to track deliverables and orchestrate weekly/monthly stakeholder meetings
- Improve processes by presenting post-mortems to stakeholders and implement lessons learned
