What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the Frameworks engineering team, driving the technical strategy and project execution. You will take on complex projects that impact all aspects of Asana's product and infrastructure, ensuring that your team delivers high-quality solutions. Your hands-on contributions to engineering frameworks will be crucial in enhancing the overall user experience across the platform.

You will mentor team engineers through pairing and code reviews, helping them grow their technical skills and confidence. By fostering a collaborative environment, you will encourage open communication and knowledge sharing among team members. Your leadership will be instrumental in shaping the team's technical culture and ensuring alignment with Asana's long-term engineering strategy.
