Who you are
You have a strong background in HR or people operations, ideally with experience in a global or distributed environment. Your ability to communicate effectively and build relationships is key to your success in this role. You understand the importance of employee engagement and are passionate about creating a positive workplace culture. You are adaptable and can navigate the complexities of working with diverse teams across different regions. You are proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement and are committed to supporting the growth and development of employees.
Desirable
Experience with HRIS systems and familiarity with payroll processes would be beneficial. A background in compliance and understanding of labor laws across different countries in EMEA is a plus. You are comfortable using data to inform decisions and can contribute to strategic HR initiatives.
