Senior Project Manager

Who you are

You have 5+ years of experience in project management, particularly in leading complex implementations for clients. Your background includes a strong understanding of operational and supply chain processes, such as Order-to-Cash and Procure-to-Pay. You excel in articulating product positioning and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive customer satisfaction. You are adept at identifying customer needs and ensuring that their engagement with the company is positive and productive. Your communication skills allow you to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring that project goals align with customer expectations.

Desirable

Experience in SaaS environments is a plus, as is familiarity with process intelligence technology. You may have a background in consulting services or customer support, which enhances your ability to understand and meet client needs. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to continuous improvement are qualities that set you apart.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the implementation of Celonis solutions for strategic customers, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within scope. You will work closely with sales and value engineering teams to create statements of work and establish the services value proposition. Your responsibilities will include managing project timelines, resources, and budgets while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible for identifying additional service needs during customer engagements and ensuring that best practices are followed throughout the implementation process.

You will collaborate with various teams within Celonis to drive product adoption and ensure that customers are equipped to leverage the full potential of the solutions provided. Your role will involve regular communication with customers to gather feedback and make necessary adjustments to project plans. You will also participate in training and enablement initiatives to enhance the capabilities of both customers and internal teams.
