HubSpot is hiring an Account Executive for Small Business in Dublin to leverage inbound selling strategies and help clients grow using HubSpot software. This role requires 1+ years of closing sales experience and fluency in English.

Job Description

Who you are

You have at least 1 year of closing sales experience, demonstrating unmatched consultative selling and closing skills. Your fluency in English allows you to communicate effectively with clients, and while fluency in Dutch is a plus, it is not required. You have a proven track record of being a high performer, showcasing your ability to consistently close new business at or above quota level. Your skills in accurate forecasting and pipeline management ensure that you can effectively manage your sales process and meet targets.

What you'll do

As an Account Executive at HubSpot, you will utilize inbound selling strategies to identify and engage new business opportunities. You will benefit from inbound leads and collaborate with Business Development Representatives to research prospects and create effective outreach strategies. Your role will involve running online demos of HubSpot software, effectively communicating the HubSpot value proposition to potential clients. You will nurture relationships with highly qualified opportunities at small and mid-sized companies, working collaboratively with HubSpot's marketing and technology departments to evolve sales strategies as new features and products are introduced. Your insights and ideas will help shape the future of HubSpot's mission, making your contributions vital to the company's success.
