As a Technical Support Engineer, you will provide 2nd and 3rd level support for the Dedrone by Axon product family, assisting field engineers and customers worldwide. You will develop a comprehensive understanding of the Airspace Security Solutions offered by Dedrone, enabling you to effectively troubleshoot and resolve software and hardware issues. Your responsibilities will include diagnosing technical problems, assisting with account setup, and addressing network-related inquiries. You will work closely with the Customer Support and Service team to meet or exceed performance and quality goals, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
