Verifone is seeking a Senior Manager, Customer Support to lead multi-country support operations across the UK and France. This role focuses on driving operational strategy and ensuring excellence in service delivery.

You have extensive experience in customer support management, ideally with a background in leading teams across multiple countries. Your strategic mindset allows you to align diverse support operations effectively, ensuring that customer satisfaction remains a top priority. Your ability to communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders at all levels is one of your key strengths, enabling you to drive initiatives that enhance service delivery.

You have a proven track record of developing and implementing operational strategies that improve efficiency and customer experience. Your analytical skills allow you to assess performance metrics and identify areas for improvement, ensuring that your teams are equipped to meet the evolving needs of customers. Desirable

Experience in the electronic payment technology industry or a related field would be advantageous.
