Who you are

You have a proven track record of leadership in business development, particularly within the fintech, payments, or SaaS sectors. With at least 5 years of experience, you understand the intricacies of building and scaling sales teams, and you are adept at driving revenue through effective sales strategies. Your ability to foster collaboration and alignment within teams is essential, as you will be working closely with various stakeholders to ensure the success of the sales organization.

You are results-driven and have a strong understanding of the sales pipeline, from lead generation to closing deals. Your experience in managing both inbound and outbound sales efforts will be crucial in delivering a consistent flow of qualified leads to the sales team. You are comfortable analyzing sales metrics and using data to inform your strategies, ensuring that your team meets and exceeds their targets.

What you'll do

As the Director of BDR / Inside Sales, you will be responsible for leading the Business Development Representative team and optimizing the inside sales function.
