You are physically capable of lifting up to 49 pounds and can stand or walk for extended periods, adapting to variable temperatures and noise levels in the workplace. In this role, you will lead a team of hourly workforce members, supporting and mentoring them to achieve their best performance. Collaborating with various support teams such as Safety, Engineering, and Human Resources, you will develop and implement plans to meet business objectives. You will engage with your team to maintain high levels of attendance and performance, ensuring that customer orders are delivered on time and to the right location. Your responsibilities will also include monitoring workflow processes across the first, middle, and last miles of operations, adapting to any building variations as necessary. You will play a crucial role in maintaining Amazon's dedication to customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
