What you'll do

In this role, you will own the physical security program for all Anthropic data centers globally. You will define and execute a comprehensive physical security roadmap, ensuring that all security measures are effectively integrated into the data center lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include designing and engineering security systems that work seamlessly across various facility types, balancing security needs with operational efficiency.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to embed security considerations into every phase of data center operations, from construction to steady-state management. Conducting risk assessments and threat modeling will be a key part of your role, allowing you to identify potential vulnerabilities and develop robust security strategies.

You will also be responsible for ensuring that security measures are scalable and adaptable to evolving threats. Your expertise will guide the implementation of security technologies that enhance the overall safety and reliability of Anthropic's data centers. You will lead initiatives to continuously improve security practices and ensure compliance with industry standards.
