Amazon is hiring an ACES Manager for their Sort Centre operations in Bengaluru. You'll support process improvements and standardization efforts across Sort Centers, driving operational excellence. This role requires strong leadership and project management skills.
You have a strong background in operations management, ideally with experience in process improvement and project coordination. You understand the importance of standardization in driving efficiency and have a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams to achieve operational goals. Your ability to analyze processes and implement improvements will be key to your success in this role. You are a strong communicator, capable of liaising with various departments to ensure alignment and collaboration. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are committed to delivering the best results for customers. You are passionate about fostering a culture of continuous improvement and have experience in facilitating Kaizen events or similar initiatives.
As the ACES Manager, you will support all Sort Centers in your region, working closely with site ACES managers to drive improvements and standardization efforts. You will coordinate cross-functional projects, ensuring successful implementation of best practices across the SCs. Your role will involve analyzing current processes, identifying areas for improvement, and developing strategies to enhance operational efficiency. You will lead initiatives that promote a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging team members to engage in problem-solving and root cause analysis. You will also be responsible for supporting SC launches and facilitating training sessions to develop process improvement leaders within the organization. Your leadership will be crucial in helping Sort Centers meet their performance commitments while scaling operations effectively.
