Overview

Who you are

You have a strong background in operations management, ideally with experience in the financial services sector. You excel at leading teams and have a proven track record of driving performance improvements. You are adept at monitoring service levels and ensuring adherence to schedules, which is crucial for maintaining high standards of service. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to effectively manage team dynamics and performance expectations. Desirable

In this role, you will independently manage a team of Investment Specialists, overseeing their day-to-day operations.
